Rick Uliano
Owner of All Organizing Solutions, LLC
Rick Uliano has been a leader in the organizing industry for over 30 years. He is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and is one of the original members of the NAPO CT-Chapter. His unique strategies and coaching methods have helped countless individuals and businesses achieve their goal of living a more organized, more productive and less stressful life.
A native of Connecticut, Rick worked many years in construction and has an extensive background in chemical and safety training. Rick believes strongly in giving back to the community and volunteers for the American Red Cross. In 2005, he donated his organizing skills when he flew to New Orleans to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
For Rick and his team, no job is too big or too small. In addition to organizing homes and businesses, Rick is an expert in helping people who suffer from hoarding. He was even invited to be on A&E’s popular TV series, HOARDERS to showcase his expert organizing skills.
Rick truly cares about his clients’ well being and wants them to succeed. His dedication and willingness to help a client is second to none. His many clients can tell you, if it’s organizing help you need, it’s Rick to the rescue.
Rachel Winter
Professional Organizer
Rachel Winter is a member of NAPO National and NAPO CT-Chapter. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation with a concentration in Leisure/Commercial Management from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.
Prior to becoming a professional organizer, she worked in the Recreation industry as an Event Planner, Recreation Director and business owner. Her background includes working and living on the high seas as a Youth and Teen Director for Norwegian Cruise Line, Instructor and Manager for Gymboree Play Programs and was the founder and owner of Playtime Village, a children's indoor playspace and activity center in Monroe, CT.
As a mother of two young children, Rachel understands the importance of creating a peaceful, structured and nurturing home environment. With her sense of aesthetics and her love of working with families, she specializes in RESIDENTIAL ORGANIZING, where she helps declutter and organize any area in your home.
Whatever your organizing problems or challenges are, Rachel will have the solution and provide the help you need!
